Archipel Ontario Health Team (OHT) is a coordinated group of organizations and individuals offering health care and community services in both official languages. Archipel partners work together to create a network where people have access to the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

Archipel OHT's mission is to coordinate multi-sector collaboration and co-design with users to optimize equitable access to a continuum of care and services that meet the needs of our population in both official languages.

Archipel OHT's vision is to build a trusted community network that is diverse, inclusive and equitable, capable of responding to the varied and evolving needs of its population so that each individual can achieve their full potential for health and well-being throughout their lives.
