The Archipel Ontario Health Team welcomes you!

What we do
At Archipel Ontario Health Team (OHT), we work with our partners to create a network in which people have access to the right care, the right team, in the right setting, and at the right time.
We work for the 200,000 people living in Ottawa East and the United Counties of Prescott-Russell.

I’m a service provider. How is Archipel involved with my organization?

We work with service providers to create an interconnected network that efficiently meets the needs of our population in both official languages.
As an organization, you can partner with us to help improve access to care and services. For more information, visit the section for service providers.
I’m a patient. What role does Archipel play in my family's life?

We do not provide direct care to patients, but we can help you find care and services in your community.
As a patient or a family member, you can help us shape a health system focused on the needs of patients, families and clients. For more information, visit the section for patients and families.
